Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items returned must meet the conditions listed below to qualify for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be in original condition—unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Have all tags and original packaging intact.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Lafenty. Once your request is approved, you will receive:
A return authorization number (RAN).
Instructions on how to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization or failing to meet the outlined conditions will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a clear photo of the issue along with your order number, and we will work to resolve it immediately.
● The following items cannot be returned:
○ Maternity underwear
○ Any product with a broken seal
Some products may have their own return terms, which will be mentioned on the product page
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original purchase following the steps above, and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping Costs
Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
