1. Delivery Options & Charges
We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 10000 within Pakistan.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 4 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes around 2to 4 days.

3. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will try to deliver your parcel up to 3 times. If not delivered, the package will
be returned to us
